What is the best/safest way to close a navel piercing

It does not matter how long you've had it for , it will close up. I know someone who had one for 5 years and it closed up. So take it out and twice a day rub Vitamin E oil on it (this will lessen the scarring and make the marks from the holes less vissible once it is healed over). Hope I helped =D

Just take the ring out (as long as you do not have an infection) and keep it clean. In a few weeks it should be closed over depending on how long you have had it. If it is been for years, it can take a little longer than a few weeks.

If the piercing has completely healed, it wo not close up.

Take the ring out and so it wont get infected, put vitamin-e oil on it everyday.

well all u have to do is take out the piercing
if u want to prevent an infection, juts apply the solution u got when u got it pierced
if its been pierced for 8 months to a year alredi, u cant close it up
