l recently joined my school is rugby team and l am afraid that if l play an actual game with my piercing in that it is going to be ripped out.It is just a curved bar going through, and it was screwed on but l am unsure of how to take it off.I've had it pierced for about 6-7 months.Am l able to take it out and then put it back in?Other girls have, but what do you think?

As for if you've waited enough time..Maybe. Everyone is body is different, so its impossible to tell if it will close up during your game. Rugby is a rough sport, so your concerns are valid. Try taping a piece of gauze over it for the duration of the game, with the jewelry still in (it is healed enough that this wo not cause issues, as long as you take it off after the game/practice)
Just unscrew the ball and take it out, I've had no problem removing mine and putting it back over the years.
Cant you unscrew the ball top. It may have a little skin in the area so just turn it a little harder. Lefty lossy righty tighty is a good rule of thumb in any scew. so turn it to the left
I would take it out and clean before placing back in.
